It is important that Rise and Shine Care hear your views about the service you receive from them so that they can take steps to improve where possible.
You can make your views known in the following ways:
q tell your Home Care Assistant
q contact Rise and Shine’s Office
q tell your Care Manager
q talk to the Senior Care Worker who will visit you from time to time
q fill in questionnaires which is sent out once a year asking for your views
If you are concerned or worried about any aspect of the service you receive please let Rise and Shine Care know by contacting the Directors of Rise and Shine Care at the office in Weston-super-Mare. The Director(s) will discuss your concerns with you and try to resolve them.
Alternatively you could talk to your Care Manager who will contact the Office on your behalf.
