Domiciliary Home Care
The aim of Rise and Shine Care is to provide domiciliary home care workers to Service Users in their own homes and to assist and support individuals in promoting health, in its broadest sense and maintaining or improving independence. It aims to provide a focused value for money domiciliary home care available service within North Somerset that is reliable and responsive to Service Users' needs and preferences. Rise and Shine Care aim to foster an atmosphere of care and support which both enables and encourages Service Users to live as full, interesting and independent a lifestyle as possible with the scope and duration of our service provision being kept to a minimum, in line with an agreed plan of care.
Rise and Shine Care provide help, assistance, reassurance and encouragement with challenges of everyday life, and assist with activities such as light domestic tasks, shopping or cleaning. Rise and Shine Care can also be there at times of extra need and support such as hospital discharge, illness or times of personal or family strain.
Personal Care
Rise and Shine Care can also provide personal care and support to those of all ages who require it. A helping hand with the daily demands of a personal routine may be all it takes to greatly improve the quality of life. 
Our staff can assist those who need it, with more personal things like getting in and out of bed, bathing, hair washing and other daily tasks.
Specialist Care
There are times when the care and support needed becomes more complex and challenging, or multiple types of care are required. Regardless of the duration of care - be it hospital discharge or those with long term multiple and intense needs, Rise and Shine Care can work alongside other organisations, families and individuals to bring the best care and support to the most challenging situations.
